The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) in partnership with the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct Office is preparing a land-use framework plan that will support the ongoing growth of high-skill and high-value jobs in the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct in Parkville.
The VPA is working with the Precinct’s hospitals, universities, research institutions and state and local governments, to determine the matters the framework plan should address. The VPA has published the seven key directions that will guide the preparation of a draft framework plan to be released later in the year.
