Melbourne Academic Centre for Health (MACH)

 

The Melbourne Academic Centre for Health is a joint venture between 18 of Victoria’s leading healthcare providers, medical research institutes and the University of Melbourne.

It is an internationally peer reviewed and National Health and Medical Research Council accredited entity and one of nine Advanced Health Research and Translation Centres (AHRTC) across Australia. These Centres are based on the Academic Health Science Centre model that has been successful in the US, UK and across Europe in accelerating the translation of research into clinical care.

MACH and its partners are committed to leading initiatives that deliver transformative and sustainable change to the health sector and improved outcomes.
